Soundboard #2 was designed to create a soundscape and original music for the play Woyzeck, On and On by Nick Lantz in 2016. The project was funded by an interdisciplinary undergraduate research grant from Sam Houston State University. Also featured on the sample recordings below are instruments designed and created by SHSU percussion student Hunter Fagerquist.

Soundboard #1 was inspired by Mark Applebaum's music (The Metaphysics of Notation) and sound sculptures. In addition to Mark's work, I was also influenced by instruments designed by Tom Nunn, Hal Rammel, and Eric Leonardson.
